Ages from 18-65+ (young adults, and older adults) Either recently discharged from hospital and struggling to adjust. You may be living on your own and struggling to cope. You might have an illness or injury that makes it difficult for you to perform daily tasks.

We offer opportunities for people with complex mental health and /or learning disabilities/ Autism Spectrum Condition develop, grow, and live as independently as possible.
We assist with budgeting, helping maintain a tenancy, and planning the support required to live in the community as independently as possible.
Our trained staff are experienced using media to act as advocate for our clients (using words, signs, music, videos, symbols, PECs (picture exchange communication system) and assistive technology in involving our clients make decisions about their lives.
